How big are your tortillas?

Our tortillas average 6 inches. Some will be a little smaller, or a little bigger, but ALL tortillas weigh the same :)

but Why are my tortillas different sizes?

We promise, all our tortillas have the same weight. But when they’re pressed, some will stretch a little more than others.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We currently offer free delivery if you live in the triangle. (Durham, Raleigh, Chapel Hill)

What if I live outside of the triangle?

We can offer delivery outside of the triangle with a minimum order. Send us a message with your address for more information.

When will I receive my tortillas?

All of our tortillas are made in small batches each Saturday. Then they are packaged and prepared for delivery that Saturday afternoon.

What if I won’t be home for my delivery?

We ask that you leave a cooler or insulated bag with ice outside your front door. The ice is important! It’ll make sure your preservative-free tortillas remain cool, ensuring maximum shelf life.

What’s the shelf life of your tortillas?

Our tortillas are made fresh on Saturdays with delivery the day of or following day. They can last about 2 weeks on the refrigerator. If you won’t consume them in that time frame, be sure to freeze them for future use.

How do I store my tortillas?

Our tortillas contain no preservatives, so they should be refrigerated for maximum shelf life.

Can I freeze my tortillas?

Yes, our tortillas freeze well. To reheat from frozen, place them in countertop to bring them to room temperature. Usually 10-15 minutes. This will allow them to pry open without breaking and they’ll be ready to heat up in your favorite hot skillet.
