After a couple decades in the Southeast, the thing Arturo missed most about growing up and living in South Texas were: you guessed it - the tortillas. When family moved to be near him in North Carolina a few years ago, he finally had his homemade flour tortillas daily. But his heart went out to others in the triangle who didn’t.

Following some conversations with his sister, Karina, they decided to test the waters and gauge if there was demand for flour tortillas in these parts.

After some honing of family recipes, a lot of help from mom, a whole bunch of sourcing of the best possible ingredients from across North Carolina, and seemingly endless testing and tasting: Arturo and Karina came up with these golden circles of deliciousness.

With love, from the Del Norte home to yours.

It was all

a dream.
